Testing principle:

Using the airflow method to test the fineness value of wool, when a certain amount of air pressure is applied to a certain mass and volume of wool sample, the gas flow rate through it varies due to the different fineness of wool. By measuring the gas flow rate, the relevant wool fineness value can also be tested.

Technical features:

1. Using high-precision, long-range electronic flow sensors, the wool measurement range is wide, reaching 12-50um. It can measure ultra-fine wool and also test most wool on the market. This is currently the instrument that uses the airflow method to measure wool fineness in a wide range in the world.

2. One click testing, after installing the sample, you only need to press one button to quickly test. The instrument comes with a USB interface, and you can use the accompanying software to statistically analyze and print standard test reports. You can also save the test reports in Excel format.

3. Calibration is convenient and quick, and after calibration, it can also achieve an accuracy of 0.2um in non-standard laboratory environments.
