Structure principle of the dust abrasion tester: 

The dust sample is mounted on a working disk with a diameter of 90 mm and the disk rotates at a constant speed of 70 rpm. There are two brackets above the wheel and two The grinding wheel rotates During the test, the sample on the grinding wheel is in contact with the two grinding wheels and moves relative to each other, so that the sample is subject to multi-directional wear and a wear ringg is formed on the sample.
The pressure of the grinding wheel on the sample can be adjusted according to the load on the bracket. The weight of the bracket itself is 250g, and it is equipped with different grinding wheel discs with different wear intensity, and equipped with a dust collector to automatically remove the test sample Dirt on the sample surface.
The characteristics of the disc type flat grinding instrument are: the stability of the instrument is good, the test results are less discreet, and the operation is convenient. The instrument can also test the abrasion resistance of yarns. The downside is that there is no self-stop device.

Operating method:
(1) Place the sample in the constant temperature and humidity condition of the laboratory for 24 hours before application, if no constant temperature For equipment with constant humidity, it is best to run different samples under the same atmospheric druk to minimize the impact on the test. (2) First cut a small hole in the center of the cut sample, then fix the sample on the working disk and tighten the clamping ring with an Allen key to subject the sample to a certain tension.
(3) Choose the right pressure, there are four types of pressure hammers: 1000g, 500g, 250g and 125g.
(4) Choose a suitable grinding wheel as the abrasive.
(5) Adjust the height of the suction tube, preferably 1~1.5 cm away from the surface of the sample. Height adjustment can be achieved by tightening the screw at the back. Insert the vacuum hose and plug of the vacuum cleaner into the wear-resistant machine, and adjust the vacuum air volume according to the weight and amount of abrasive dirt.
(6) Set the counter to zero.
(7) Start the engine before the test, record the number of rubs after the test, lift the vacuum tube from the bracket, remove the sample, reset the counter and clean the slijp disc. Each sample is repeated 5 to 10 times and the arithmetic mean is calculated.
