Applicable scope:

By simulating the process of heat and water vapor generated by human skin penetrating fabrics, the thermal and moisture resistance values of various materials are tested in a stable temperature and humidity environment. It can be used to test the thermal resistance and moisture resistance of fabrics, films, coatings, foam, leather and multi-layer composite materials, such as clothing, quilts, warm clothing, and textile fabrics for human comfort.

Testing principle:

In a standard testing environment, heat a fixed aluminum or copper plate to maintain a fixed temperature and test the heating power. Similarly, after covering the test fabric on the copper or aluminum plate, test the power under the same conditions, based on the power difference between the two and the size of the test disk area. You can calibrate the thermal or wet resistance of the test sample (by adding water for testing).

Technical features:
