Static Tensile Force and Breaking Strength Test of Medical Mask Tensile Testing Machine

Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-08 Click:117

The medical mask tensile testing machine can complete the static tensile test and the ear hook mask belt breaking strength test. Different modes are used for the test. Qisnun Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer. The static pull test involves applying a constant pulling force to the sample and holding it for a period of time to see if the connection between the mask belt and the mask body is broken. The breaking strength test consists of placing the sample between the upper and lower clamps, stretching the mask belt and the mask body at a test speed of 100mm/min to the breaking position, and to measure the breaking force, expressed in N.

1. Mask belt static tensile test:

Test material:

10 medical masks

1. Sample preparation: Randomly select 4masks, 2 of which are pretreated in temperature and humidity, and 2 are not pretreated.

2. Temperature and humidity pre-treatment: according to GB/T 19083-2010 technical application guidelines for medical protective masks 5.3.2 Temperature pre-treatment conditions.

Pre-treatment method: Take the sample out of its original packaging and treat it under the following conditions in order:

a) At (38±2.5) °C and (85±5)% relative humidity (24±1) h in environmental conditions;

b) (24±1) h in dry environment at (70±3)° VS ;

c) at (-30±3) (24±1) h in a dry environment at ℃.

The sample temperature should be allowed to return to room temperature for at least 4 hours before further testing.

3. Determine the test speed:

Adjust the distance between the test hook and the lower clamp, hang the mask belt vertically on the test hook and tightenPlace the mask body between the lower clamps, first perform a prediction test to find out the test speed at which the sample breaks in (20 ± 5) s.

4. Setting:

Start the mask tensile test machine, select the mask belt static tensile test mode, set the distance between the mandrels, the test speed, the return speed, the set force value, the duration of several test parameters.

5. Place the sample:

Hang the mask belt vertically on the test hook and the mask body is clamped between the lower clamps.

6. Test experiment:

Start the instrument, start the test, end the test, and the test result will be displayed on the screen.

Second, the mask belt breaking strength test:

The daily protective mask is tested by stretch method testat constant speed.

Testing materials:

10 daily protective masks

Testing process:

1. Sample preparation: random selection of 5 masks, according to the provisions of GB/T 13773.2.

2. Temperature and humidity treatment: The test temperature is 20°C and the relative humidity is 65%.

3. Parameter setting: Select break force test mode, set chuck spacing, test speed (100mm/min) and return speed.Actual test parameters .

4. Place the sample: hang the mask belt vertically on the test hook and the mask body is clamped between the lower clamps.

5. Test test:

Start the instrument, start the test, the test is completed, the seal between the mask belt and the mask body is broken, and the test result is displayed on the screen.

Remove the tested sample and replace it witha new sample to continue testing until all samples are tested. When the test is finished, press the statistics key to display the statistical results, including the average value, maximum value, minimum value, standard deviation and coefficient of variation. After counting, if you need to print the report, press Print to print the test report automatically.
