Principle of the test:

Rubbing color fastness test: install a sample of approximately220*30mm in the activated test At the sampling stage, a rubbing white cotton cloth (dry or wet) of about 50*50mm is installed on the front end of each Friday.control head and under a load of 2N, perform 100 reciprocating movements at a speed of 30 reciprocating movements per minute at a distance of 120 mm, then remove the white cotton cloth and compare it with the gray sample card to assess the staining.

Organic Solvent Rubbing Colorfastness Test: Simulate the color fastness of fabrics when washed with organic solvents. During the test, rub the sample against the undyed cotton fabric stained with organic solvents in some way using a friction tester, then use the gray scale of discoloration and the scale of staining gray to assess the discoloration of the sample and the staining of the undyed cotton. fabric.

StepsOperation:

Install the specimen: first secure one end of the specimen with the inner specimen clamp, then secure the other end with the front specimen clamp. To prevent the sample from being soft, squeeze it slightly to hold it in place. When the sample is a tensile sample, it can be fixed on the test benches with double-sided adhesive tape. In addition, when the sample table stops at the inner position, it will be difficult to install the sample, so you can press the step-up button at this time, and then move it to the side position Before.

Install the white cotton cloth for friction: lift the friction head bracket and lean against the back tilt rod. Spread a white cotton cloth on the friction surface (curved surface), then secure it with a square spring clip. Please note that no creases can appear.stay on the white cotton fabric for now.

Lay the friction head holder on the specimen table, please confirm that the specimen table is at the position in front of the hand before laying the friction head holder, if not is not at the front of the hand, move it to the friction head support on the front side of the hand.

Turn on the power switch and set the counter times.

Press the start button, the machine starts to reciprocate, and stops automatically when the set number of times is reached. If you need to test halfway to stop the test, press the stop button.

Judgement test results: After the test, judge according to JIS 0801 9 pairs of white cotton fabrics for rubbing and compare with the gray sample card for coloring.
