The sock wear tester is designed according to method B in EN 13770-2002 Textiles - Determination of Wear Resistance of Knitted Shoes and Socks, to test the wear resistance and tear resistance of socks.

The sock wear tester tests two samples simultaneously; The mold can be changed according to the size of the socks, with mold sizes ranging from 24 to 44.

The testing process of the sock wear tester: Install the sample on the testing mold, rub the sock sample with sandpaper at a constant speed, and cycle every 100 or 500 times to observe whether the sample is damaged or thinner. If so, record the number of tests.
