Main use:

The moisture permeability tester is used to test the moisture permeability of various coated fabrics, composite fabrics, composite films, plastic films, exchange membranes, and other materials. It is commonly used to test medical protective clothing.

GB/T12704; ASTM E96; JISL1099; BS 7209;

Technical specifications of moisture permeability tester:

1. Adjustable temperature control accuracy: 20-50 ℃ ± 0.1 ℃;

2. Adjustable humidity relative humidity: 40-95% ± 1% RH

3. Standard test temperature and humidity:

30 ℃± 0.5 ℃, 23 ℃± 0.2 ℃ (water temperature); 23 ℃± 0.5 ℃ 50% ± 2% RH;

20 ℃± 0.5 ℃ 65% ± 2% RH; 38 ℃± 0.5 ℃ 50% ± 2% RH;

38 ℃± 0.5 ℃ 90% ± 2% RH; 40 ℃± 0.5 ℃ 50% ± 2% RH;

40 ℃± 0.5 ℃ 90% ± 2% RH;

4. Wind speed range: 0.02~0.8m/s

5. Wind speed adjustment method: automatic adjustment, manual adjustment;

6. Moisture permeable cup holder layer: three layers;

7. Quantity of moisture permeable cups: 18 second layer (optional for national, American, and British standards)+6 first layer using Japanese standard potassium acetate method;

8. The rotation speed of the breathable cup holder is adjustable at 2rpm/min and 5rpm/min;

Technical features:

1. The refrigeration system adopts a French Taikang refrigeration unit to ensure long-term stable operation of the entire machine;

2. Adopting Swiss imported temperature and humidity sensors to ensure the accuracy of temperature and humidity inside the experimental cabin;

3. Adopting industrial color touch screen operation, displaying menus in both Chinese and English;

4. Adopting automatic water addition function for easy testing and suitable for long-term testing needs;

5. The temperature and humidity recorded every minute can be queried in real-time and can be connected to a printer for printing output;

6. Adopting a three-layer sample placement rack with 9 test cups per layer greatly increases the number of single test samples, reduces user operating costs, and improves efficiency;

7. The sample cups are equipped with small doors to reduce the impact of the sample collection period on the test environment and shorten the time for re stabilization;

8. In full compliance with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of GB/T12704~2009, balance must be reached again within 3 minutes after each closure of the test cabin door;

9. The turntable specimen placement rack is more uniform in testing than the fixed specimen rack.
