QINSUN interprets and analyzes the failure of magnetic float level gauge-

Magnetic float level gauge is a commonly used instrument for measuring liquid level. It has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, stable performance, long service life, easy installation and maintenance, etc. It is widely used in petroleum processing, food processing, chemical industry, etc. Liquid level measurement, control and monitoring in fields such as water treatment, pharmaceuticals, electric power, papermaking, metallurgy, ships and boilers.

However, during the detection process, due to the influence of interference factors, the following fault problems will occur in the magnetic float level gauge, which will affect the accuracy of the measurement results. Therefore, let\'s look at the magnetic float level gauge fault issues:

1. After the liquid level gauge has been used for a while, the float is hard to float and the float moves imperceptibly. This is basically caused by iron filings or other dirt on the magnetic float. The holder can be emptied first, then the float can be removed to remove iron filings or other dirt on the magnetic float.
2. Sometimes when adjusting on the spot, it is found that the float is not sensitive enough to move up and down. This is mainly caused by improper installation of the fluid level gauge. At this point, pay attention to whether the centers of the upper and lower flanges are on a line and whether they are perpendicular to the horizontal plane. Generally speaking, the angle with the horizontal surface is not less than 87 degrees. If the deviation is large, it may affect the smooth movement of the float.
3. When choosing aIntrinsically safe liquid level gauge, pay special attention to match the impedance of the liquid level gauge to the safety barrier.
4. Magnetic float level gauge setting is normal. After it has been put into service, it is observed that the float exhibits a \"suction\" phenomenon at a certain position for a period of time. This is mainly due to the level gauge being too close to the steel plate as it passes through the steel platform device. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the distance between the wall of the liquid level gauge connecting pipe and the sharp edge of the platform when installing through the steel platform. .
5. When using the liquid level gauge, if the output signal has frequent disturbances or interference pulses, it is necessary to check whether the layere shield of the signal cable can be grounded reliably and whether the resistance of the work connection can meet the requirements.
6. When the liquid level gauge is commissioned on site, special attention should be paid to opening the upper gate valve first and then opening the lower gate valve. This is because the bottom of the liquid level gauge connecting pipe is equipped with a push spring to protect the float, otherwise the effect of large different ambient pressure may break the float and make the level gauge unusable liquid.

7. If the sealed glass tube used for on-site instruction breaks due to transportation or other reasons, it can be replaced with a household glass tube. But can vacuum. Also pay attention that the glass tube is vertical, so as not to affect the indication of the indicator.
8. Attentionmust be worn when using the magnetic float level gauge. Never use a strong magnet to pull the float up and down outside the connection pipe for inspection, otherwise it will cause the magnetic float to become magnetized and change the polarity, and even weaken the magnetism of the float. , which makes it difficult to work properly.
