1) Check if the d excitation is good or not It is impossible to give stable data.

2) Check whether the analysis surface is smooth and whether the exciting sound is abnormal.

3) Check the quality of the argon. If using argon gas purifier, please check whether the purifier is invalid. A faulty argon gas purifier will seriously affectment the quality of the argon gas. Please regenerate the purifier or short circuit the gas circuit, and do it again. No purifier is used. In the case of argon, please replace the argon to judge whether there is a problem with the quality of argon.

4) Check if the distance between the electrode and the sample is 3 mm, measure with a gauge.

5) Clean the excitation platform to eliminate the influence of pollutants on the analysis.

6) Perform slit correction.

7) Perform the fatigue lamp test, from the stability of the data, you can judge whether the instrument photoelectric system can work stably. Note that the fatigue lamp can only give stable light intensity after half an hour of work.
