The car pedal durability test bench/car pedal performance durability test bench consists of a test bench, test fixtures, test power supply and load box, computer control system and data processing software, used for durability testing of various types of car pedals.

Inspection operation of the durability test bench for automotive pedals/performance durability test bench for automotive pedals:

1. Install the pedal on the test bench according to the actual vehicle position and fix it with wire drawing;

2. Adjust the cylinder to the appropriate position and adjust the air pressure to the required pulling force;

3. Enter relevant information about the product into the computer and set the stopping method (when the count is full or the force and displacement do not match);

4. Start the start button, the driving mechanism outputs power to push the pedal, the pedal drives the cable, and the cable drives the load mechanism to move;

5. The output force and load force of the cylinder are respectively output to the industrial control computer by the force sensor, and the load output displacement (as needed) is transmitted to the industrial control computer by the displacement sensor;

6. The computer automatically calculates the number of tasks and stops when needed (counting is completed or force and displacement do not match).
