Applicable scope:

The four door and two cover durability test bench/four door and two cover durability test bench is used to inspect the functional quality of the side doors, front and rear cover components, and fasteners of automobiles. It is suitable for conducting comprehensive performance and durability tests on door hinges, limiters, door locks, fuel tank covers, door sealing strips, and other assemblies of various types of sedans, SUVs, MPVs, buses, and other vehicles at room temperature.

Detection range:

The hinges of the left front door, right front door, left rear door, right rear door, back door, trunk lid, front hood cover, side door lock, front hood lock, trunk lid lock, and side door limiters and rear lid gas springs of the car.

Test items for durability performance test bench for four doors and two covers of automobiles:

1. Unlock, open, and close the outer and inner handles of the front, rear, left, and right side doors.

2. Unlock, interlock, open, and close the front cover (divided into two sections);

3. Unlocking (electronic unlocking or simulated manual unlocking), opening and closing of the back cover;

4. Durability test for door hinges;

5. Durability test of electric window lifter (detecting the mechanical life, working current, and locked rotor current of the electric window lifter).

1. Each drive system is completely independent, and each drive system can achieve different combinations to meet different testing needs;

2. Four doors and two covers can be integrated into one device for testing, or multiple vehicles can be tested simultaneously. For example, durability tests can be conducted on two vehicles simultaneously, with one vehicle conducting durability tests on the four side doors and the other vehicle conducting durability tests on the front and rear covers;

3. Due to the fact that the test bench has 7 test modules, it can achieve durability testing for up to seven vehicles simultaneously;

4. When the experiment does not require all modules to operate simultaneously, the unnecessary modules can be removed to save testing space and ensure the cleanliness of the testing site;

5. Due to the complete independence of each module, it is easy and fast to adjust, reducing the operational intensity of the testing personnel and facilitating the testing process.
