Operation Steps of G275 Dry Lint Tester

Operation steps:

First: prepare the accessories and test the samples;

Open the cover of t transparentis the box and let clean air circulate in the empty box;

Turn on the instrument and enter the LCD operation interface;

Before testing, first check that the inside of the test box is greater than or equal to less than 100 particles equal to 0.5 microns;

If this requirement cannot be satisfied, this step must be repeated;

Once everything is ready, attach the sample to both sides of the test box roller;

Reinstall the transparent cover of the test box;

On the LCD screen interface, set the number and running speed parameters;

Start running;

The sample is constantly twisting and compressing in the test box;

When the defined parameters are atdyed, the instrument stops automatically;

Open the lid of the test box and remove it Sample;

At the end of the test, turn off the instrument;

When the sample is twisted during testing, air is extracted from the test box and particles in the air are counted with an aser dust particle counter. And classify and calculate to evaluate test results.
