Operation Steps of G271 Leather Friction Color Fastness Tester

G271 Leather Color Fastness Tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company, Qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It offers high cost performance and comprehensive after-sales service. It is used to measure the color fastness to dry and wet rubbing of different leather colors. Widely used in leather industry.

Applicable standards:

ISO11640: 1998, QB/T2537-2001, QB/T2882-2007, ISO11640, SATRAPM173, DIN4843, QB/T2226, GB/T20991

Technical parameters:

1. Test head area: 15mm × 15mm;

2. Mass of the carrier block: 500g, 1000g;

3. Loading Total mass of post-test column: 1000 g;

4. Friction stroke: 37mm;

5. Friction frequency: 40 times/min;

6. Number of reciprocities: 0～999900;

7. Power supply voltage: AC220 V ± 10% 50 Hz.

EtOperation steps:

First: prepare the accessories and test the samples;

Loosen the tighten;

Montt the sample on the clamp;

Tighten the clamping nut;

Adjust and fix the position of the sample on the clamp;

Install the friction felt into the friction head;

Place the test head so that the felt is in contact with the sample;

Load the weight onto the test head above;

Start the instrument;

Set the number of transmission revolutions and start;

The square wool felt rubs the leather on the friction platform back and forth;

When the set number of revolutions is reached, it will automatically stop;

Disassemble the clamp and remove the sample;

Complete the test and turn off the instrument;

At the end of the instrument test, remove the sample, compare the gray card stained on the feltof wool and compare the faded gray card on the sample to evaluate the grade.
