G247 Operating procedures of sublimation color fastness tester for ironing

G247 iron sublimation color fastness tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company, Qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It is cost-effective and has comprehensive after-sales service. It is suitable for testing the heat pressure resistance and strength of various textile materials and colored textiles. Color fastness performance when ironing and dry heat (sublimation), and can also detect the dimensional stability of fabrics during hot pressing and dry heat treatment.

Operation steps:

First: prepare accessories and test samples;

The upper and lower heating plates of the tester are designed with insulation and heat-insulating materials, safe and reliable;

Open the plate top heating (floating design, allowing testing of materials of different thicknesses);

Turn on the instrument switch;

On the dashboard, set the temperature and test duration of the upper heating plates respectivelyure and lower;

Place the prepared wool felt on the lower heating plate;

Place the sample on the hot plate;

Press the upper heating plate down;

When the upper and lower heating plates are closed, automatic timing starts;

When the set time is reached, a bule zzer sounds;

Turn off the instrument switch;

Remove the sample and the wool felt;

Complete the test;

Once the instrument test is completed, the samples are removed for analysis and comparison to evaluate the color fastness by sublimation to ironing of the material.
