Operation steps of G184 shoe flex tester

G184 shoe bending tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company, Shanghai Panbiao Textile Testing Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly used to test the normal temperature bending strength of finished shoes and soles/sheets. It is also used to test the strength of various textile materials. Instrument for testing bending and bending strength.

Testing process:

Finished shoes or soles installed on the fixture, carry out bending test at a certain angle and frequency, measure the cracks (openings) and opening length of the sole and circumference after a certain number of bends, and observe the changes in the stem.

Main parameters:

A. Clamps: 2 sets;

B. Angle of curvature: 50°±1° (0°~5°) adjustment available;

C. Test speed: 230 ± 10 r/min;

D. Motor: three-phase, AC 2KW;

E. Volume (approximately): Host size 78×68×125cm.

Operation steps:

First: prepare the accessories and test the samples;

Install the prepared sample into the device;

Turn on the instrument switch;

Set the counter value;

Start operation;

The instrument starts the bending test on the sole of the sample;

When the set value is reached, the instrument stops automatically;

Close the instrument;

At the end of the instrument test, remove the sample for analysis and comparison to assess the overall flexural resistance of the shoe.
