Product Introduction:

The respiratory resistance tester is used to measure the inhalation resistance and exhalation resistance of respirators and mask protective equipment under specified conditions. Applicable to national labor protection equipment inspection institutions and mask manufacturers for relevant testing and inspection of ordinary masks, dust masks, medical masks, and anti haze mask products.

Instrument features:

1. The instrument consists of a breathing air source that can adjust the flow rate, a standard human head model, an inhalation and exhalation pipeline system, a respiratory resistance measurement system, and so on.

2. The use of special pneumatic conversion components ensures convenient and fast replacement of the exhalation and inhalation pipeline systems.

3. Digital display of respiratory resistance, with zero point correction, accuracy correction, and over range alarm functions.

4. Using electronic flow meters, the flow control accuracy is high.

Equipment principle:

This device mainly consists of a test head model and breathing pipeline, pressure measuring tube, differential pressure sensor, flow meter, regulating valve, three-way valve, vacuum pump, and air compressor.

Technical indicators:

1. The instrument consists of an adjustable air source, a standard human head model, two sets of inhalation and exhalation pipeline systems, and a respiratory resistance measurement system.

2. The flow sensor has high sensitivity and has a very small initial flow rate.

3. The flow sensor chip adopts a thermal mass flow meter, which does not require temperature and pressure compensation, ensuring high-precision measurement of the sensor. The flow meter has a range of 0 L/min to 100 L/min and an accuracy of ± 2%.

4. Multiple sensors are integrated on a single flow sensor chip, greatly improving the range ratio of the sensors.

5. The zero point stability of flow sensors is high, with full range high stability, full range high accuracy and excellent repeatability. They have the characteristics of low power consumption, low voltage loss, and fast response speed.

6. The data recorder adopts a graphics dot matrix LCD with a resolution of 128 × 64 and a fully Chinese interface, making it easy to operate.

7. The data recorder has 4M of memory for recording measurement values.

8. The micro pressure gauge sensor adopts a two wire system, with high accuracy and good stability; Adopting explosion-proof design for safe and reliable use.

9. The range and zero point of the micro pressure sensor are continuously adjustable externally, with adjustable damping and no mechanical movable parts, resulting in less maintenance work. The range of the micro pressure gauge is -1000Pa to 1000Pa, with an accuracy of 1Pa.

10. The entire instrument adopts special gas path conversion components, ensuring convenient and fast conversion of the exhalation and inhalation pipeline systems.

11. The pumping capacity of the air pump shall not be less than 100L/min
