The alignment instrument can be used for real-time monitoring and adjustment, reducing the workload.

It is not affected by the structure and size of the mating, and has great versatility. Especially forr large units with long wheelbases.

The measurement principle of the laser alignment instrument is similar to that of the traditional alignment instrument.

The single meter method is to use a dial indicator to measure the outer circle of the coupling, and the outer circle of the coupling of the two rotors should be measured, c i.e. a dial indicator Fixed on the shaft of the stationary equipment to measure the outer circle of the coupling on the shaft of the moving equipment.

The other indicator is fixed on the shaft of the movable equipment to measure the outer circle of the coupling on the shaft of the fixed equipment. It can only measure the radial error of the two rotors, but not the energy. The coupling end face error.

In the laser alignment method, the S unit and the M unit replace the dial indicator and are fixed on both sidesof the coupling, and input the corresponding data according to the principle of similar triangular geometry;

After the operation is completed, the display unit will automatically calculate the parallel deviation and the angle deviation in the horizontal and vertical directions, and automatically give the corresponding adjustment values ​​of the front and rear feet of the adjustable equipment.

First use the magnetic holder to fix the measuring unit on the rotating shaft, make sure that the measuring unit marked with M is on the end of the moving machine.

In this project, the measuring unit marked with an M is installed on the shaft of the steam turbine. The measuring unit marked with an S is installed at the end of the compressor.

Connect the measuring unit to the display unit, and make sure that the marking on the cable matches the marking on the interface of the display unit.

For chemical industry, metallurgy, shipbuilding, papermaking and other industries, many key industries and large-scale equipment The span (crotch opening) of the coupling can reach 2-4 meters, which cannot be measured by a dial gauge at all, but can be easily achieved using a laser alignment instrument.
