1. Smoke and fuel injection of the rotary vane vacuum pump: refers to the injection of smoke or fuel at the exhaust port of the rotary vane vacuum pump during operation.

1. Smoking. If the pump starts running and smoking, this is normal. If he smokes for a long time, it is abnormal. Solution: The smoke indicates that the outside of the air inlet of the pompe, including pipes, valves and containers, has been repaired. After the leak detection is processed, the smoke will end.

2. Fuel injection means that there are a lot of leaks outside the air intake, and even the air intake is exposed to the atmosphere. The solution: seal the air inlet of the pump and run the pump. If there is no fuel injection, it means there is a leak; the exhaust valve is damaged, check whether the exhaust valve is damaged and replace the damaged exhaust valve.

Secondly, the noise of the vane vacuum pump: here refers to the noise of the pump.

1. By knocking on the cylinder, the pump makes irregular noises when it works, like the sound of metal beating metal. It\'s the sound of the rotating vane hitting the pump body. This situation is mainly caused by the breakage of the spring between the paired rotating blades or thefailure of contraction or ejection. Solution: Open the pump to check if the rotary vane spring is damaged. Spring replaced.

2. The noise of the exhaust valve is mainly due to the damage of the pump exhaust valve. Solution: Replace the exhaust valve with a good one.

3. The degree of vacuum of the rotary vane vacuum pump decreases: it means that the degree of vacuum of the currently measured rotary vane vacuum pump is lower than the factory index or to the degree of vacuum of previous use. There are many reasons for low vacuum, here are some main situations.

1. The oil quality of the rotary vane vacuum pump added this time is different from the original one. Different grades of vacuum pump oil have different saturated vapor pressures, so the results will be different. Solution: Replace new pump oilof appropriate in accordance with the specifications of the product model.

2. In addition, the vacuum degree is low due to the vacuum pump oil, that is, the vacuum pump oil is emulsified and discolored , or that it is too dirty. The solution: clean all the vacuum pump oil in the pump, replace the same type of vacuum pump oil, and solve the problem that water vapor and impurities in the pumped gas do not enter the pump .

3. Pumped gas temperature may be too high. The solution: reduce the temperature of the pumped gas, or add a corresponding heat exchanger.

4. The oil passage in the pump is clogged or not smooth, and a certain amount of oil is not held in the pump cavity. Solution: Check if the oil circuit is unblocked and add the same type of vacuum pump oil.

5. Increase the gap between adjustments. Indeed, the long-term pumped gas contains de dust, etc., which causes the gap between the rotary vane vacuum pump and the stator to increase after wear. The solution: check the gaps if it is too big, replace it with new parts.
