Product Introduction:

Flow a certain amount of artificial urine onto a non-woven fabric sample laid flat on a standard absorbent pad according to the prescribed method, and measure the time required for all liquids to pass through the non-woven fabric sample using an electrical measurement method. Test for liquid penetration of covering materials suitable for women's sanitary napkins, diapers, etc.

Testing principle:

The fabric liquid penetration tester uses a certain amount of artificial urine to flow onto a non-woven fabric sample laid flat on a standard absorbent pad according to the prescribed method, and measures the time required for all liquids to pass through the non-woven fabric sample using an electrical measurement method.

Technical indicators:

Burette capacity: 50mL (user provided);

Funnel flow rate: flow through 25mL within (3.5 ± 0.25) seconds;

Funnel tip to test piece: 30mm;

Sample size: 125mm x 125mm;

Timer accuracy: 0.01s.
