The salt dry wet composite corrosion test is to expose the sample to different environmental conditions of repeated cycles, and simple environmental conditions can be cycled between salt spray and drying. A more comprehensive automatic method may require multifunctional cycling, combining moisture or atomization with salt spray, drying, and soaking functions. The salt dry wet composite corrosion testing machine can repeatedly achieve various typical corrosion environments in a test chamber, and complex test cycle programs can be set with the help of specially designed controllers.

The salt dry wet combined corrosion tester can not only complete the simple spray function or the intermittent spray function (spray and normal temperature), but also be equipped with the drying, wetting, soaking function or the combined program cycle drying, wetting, soaking function, which is more perfect close to the natural environment. In the past, these methods were all carried out through tedious manual operations, and the multifunctional JY-CA model was designed in a separate box to automatically complete these cyclic test functions. No need to manually move samples from one test chamber to another, no need for heavy manual salt spray, and eliminate test result errors caused by multiple sample treatments.

Application scope:

The salt dry wet composite corrosion testing machine is widely used to test the corrosion resistance of parts and coatings, including electroplating and paint decorative layers, aviation and military components, automotive machinery, power and electronic systems, etc. Automatic cyclic testing can be completed, and current automatic corrosion methods generally require repeated exposure of specimens to salt spray, high humidity, low dryness, and environmental conditions for cycling. For special industries (coatings, automobiles), it is also required to increase the use of corrosion solution immersion processes. It utilizes rapid cycling, rapid temperature changes, low humidity drying cycles, and various corrosive solutions to ensure more realistic experiments. Many researchers have found that this experiment is very useful for the inspection of industrial anti-corrosion coatings.

Its main test products are all aimed at items used in environments with drastic changes, such as automotive parts, aviation equipment, building materials, coating electrocautery, electrical machinery, etc.

Execution standards:

NSS, ASS, and CASS tests can be conducted according to GB/T10125-1997, ASTMB117-2002, and BS7479-1991, and cyclic corrosion tests can also be conducted according to standards such as GM9540P.

A. According to CNS, JIS, ISO, GJB and GB specifications, spray test conditions can be set:

1. Salt water spray test: NSS, ACSS

*Laboratory: 35 ℃± 1 ℃.

*Saturated air drum: 47 ℃± 1 ℃.

2. Corrosion resistance test: CASS

*Laboratory: 50 ℃± 1 ℃.

*Saturated air drum: 63 ℃± 1 ℃.

B. Spray mode:

Using the Bernoult principle to absorb salt water and then atomize it, the atomization degree is uniform and there is no blockage of crystallization, which can ensure the standard of continuous testing.

B Nozzle: made of special glass nozzle, which can adjust the size of spray volume and spray angle.

C spray volume: adjustable at 1-2 ml (ml/80 cm2/h) (16 hour average volume).

C. Hot air drying test:

1. Test temperature range: room temperature+10 ℃~70 ℃ ± 1 ℃.

2. Using a blower, the air inside the temperature box outside the laboratory is passed through an air heater before entering the laboratory, creating a low humidity condition in the laboratory. The temperature of the laboratory is controlled by the heater inside the temperature box. (SSR drive)

D. Wet test:

1. Test temperature range: room temperature+10 ℃~60 ℃ ± 1 ℃.

2. Test humidity range: 60% RH~98% RH.

3. By using steam induction method, moisture is generated by heating water, which is then introduced into the test chamber through a blower. The microcomputer processor of the IPC-1000 controller, which plays the main control role, performs micro motion control when the humidity reaches the required value. When the humidity exceeds the value, dry hot air is introduced to dilute the moisture, and excess moisture is discharged to the test room. E. Temperature control accuracy inside the test chamber:

1. Temperature control accuracy: uniformity ± 2 ℃, fluctuation ± 2 ℃.
