Our pore distribution analyzer is designed with advanced technology and high-grade materials. It is a fully automatic volumetric gas adsorption analyzer that accurately measures the adsorption and desorption isotherm characteristics of mesoporous materials and adsorption kinetic surface area, pore size distribution, pore volume, and microscopic pore structure.
Principle: When a clean surface is exposed to gas, an adsorption film is formed on the surface. At the same time, when water vapor condenses in the pores, the adsorption film is also formed in the material pores. The amount of gas adsorption/condensation on the surface depends on the pressure of the gas. The liquid pore distribution instrument uses gas adsorption/condensation to analyze pore size characteristics, and provides adsorption kinetics information by measuring the pressure time relationship formula.
Product application
The pore distribution instrument is widely used and can be applied in various industries.

Product features
1. Precise design, simple operation, using high material materials, strong corrosion resistance, and long service life.
2. After the sample is degassed, there is no need to remove and replace the sample tube position. The analysis process is carried out at the same position to prevent contamination of the sample during the replacement.
3. The sample tube adopts a U-shaped design, which can accommodate large or large sample requirements and obtain more accurate data.
4. Total surface area, BET surface area, total pore volume, isothermal adsorption desorption curve, average pore size, pore distribution, and other pore structures can be measured using single or multiple point modes.
5. Computer Windows operating interface, capable of manual and automatic control of measurement, data collection, and report generation.
6. Low maintenance costs.
