GB 15810-2019 Annex C (Normative Annex)

Test method for leakage at the piston or sealing ring when the syringe is under positive pressure

C.1 Principle

After the syringe has pumped water and closed the tapered hole of the syringe , the nozzle core The rod is in the most unfavorable direction relative to the jacket. Applying a certain amount of force causes the piston and seal to leak.

C.2 Instruments and Reagents

C.2 1ZY15810-C Syringe Density Positive Pressure Tester is a device for sealing or clogging the cone of thesyringe.

Note: Inner cone steel joints that meet GB/T19621 or GB/T19622 standards can be used.

C.2 2 The device for applying lateral force to the syringe plunger ranges from 0.25 N to 3 N.

C.2 3 The device for exerting an axial force on the sheath and/or core rod, capable of generating pressures of 200 kPa and 300 kPa.

C2.4 The temperature of the test water is 18~28 degrees Celsius, which meets the requirements of third-degree water in GB/T6682.

C.3ZY15810-C Spray Density Positive Pressure Tester Test Procedure

C.31 will give water (C .2.4) that exceeds the nominal capacity of the sprayer, in thesyringe sucked.

C.32 Bleed air and adjust volume of water in syringe to rated capacity.

C .33 Use tool (C21) to remove taper to seal the tapered hole of the syringe.

C.34 Add the lateral force (C22) of the angle perpendicular to the mandrel to the press hand brigade, and the magnitude of the force should meet the provisions of table 1. Place the plunger in the position where it is bent most axially by the plunger.

C.35 Apply an axial force (C23) to the syringe through the relative movement of the plunger and the sheath to generate the pressure specified in Table 1. Hold this pressure for (30) seconds.

C.3.6 Check the syringe for fluid leakage through the plunger or seal. , liquid is allowed between the seals.

C. 4 Test Report

Provide at least the following information in the test report:

a) the characteristics and nominal maximum capacity of the syringe, in milliliters (ml);

b) whether it can be established by investigation Leakage of pistons or seals;

c) Inspection date.
