Older Wyzenbeeks have been found to run at 86±1 CPM, which is below ASTM specification requirements.

Tests at speeds below 90 CPM are less critical to the substance and may produce false positives.

Laboratory audits can reveal test procedures that do not meet ASTM standards.

The Valspar ASTM Compliance Kit upgrades older Valspar machines to operate at the ASTM required rate of 90 +/- 1 cycles per minute (CPM).

We designed our quick-install kits to maximize uptime.

The small enclosure will not add to the overall size of your Wyzenbeek.

Attribute:

The desired number of test cycles is entered into the preset cycle counter on the front panel. The display of the counter tshows the actual number of cycles and a preset count indicating when the test is complete.
