What are the grinding heads for the Taber Abrasion Tester? According to Shanghai Qianshi, the accessories of Taber wear-resistant testing machine are mainly grinding heads/discs and sandpaper. Depending on the material tested by the customer, there are five types of grinding wheels and abrasive grains to choose from:

1. Calbrase* rubber and alumina abrasive elastic grinding wheels are used for testing software with harder samples, such as CS-10, CS-10F, CS-10W, CS-17.

2.calibrade* ceramic, silicon carbide abrasive non-elastic grinding wheel, used to test flexible samples, such as H-10, H-18, H-22, H-38

3. Wool Wheel: No abrasive granules, such as CS-5.

4. Rubber: No abrasive grains, which must be used with sandpaper, such as CS-0, S-32.

5. Tungsten approxrbide: Threading and tearing motion, used for elastic materials such as rubber, leather or floor mats, such as S-35.

1. Sample holder: used to hold the sample. The size of the test piece is 16mm in diameter and 6-16mm in thickness (if it is not enough, it can be pasted).

3. Weight: The body weight of the grab is 2.5N, and 2.5N and 5N are each paid separately, which can be used in any combination.
