General setup:

1. Unpack the instrument and confirm that there are no parts are missing .

2. Click the toggle switch on the load bar.

3. Install the rocker arm on the load bar and tighten the screw with a 9/64 in. hex.

The rocker arm bearings are adjusted before leaving the factory. See page 23 for further adjustments.

4. Use the hex socket to install the grinding head attachment to the bottom of the shaker.

5. Use the rocker locking to lock the rocker suspension.

Note: To prevent damage to the rocker when installing the grinding head attachment, the inner liner of the rocker is nylon.

Route lock:

The rocker lock makes it easier to change the grinding head , Cleaning and observing of the sample is more conducive to replacing the grinding head holder or other accessories.

Using a rocker switch:

When using, lift the grinding head to turn the rocker near the rod bearing, then snap the retaining ring over the bottom of the grinding head clamp.

When unlocking, lift the rocker arm, buckle the buckle into the groove of the load bar and carefully set the rocker down.

Note: Hold the shaker firmly when unlocked to prevent the shaker from accidentally falling and breaking the sampleor damage the grinding head.

Insert fuses to set vo ltage:

1. Connect two fuses of 2 amps on Place this in the fuse box under the power supply behind the hull.

2. Follow the arrow on the fuse box to select the required voltage installation method.

3. Place the fuse box in the voltage converter according to the chosen voltage installation.

Start the power supply:

1. According to the local voltage, connect the instrument to the 110V or 230V power supply. For the convenience of users, we provide two types of wires. Choose the correct one and discard the others.

2. Turn on the switch. The switch button is located above the wires on the back of the instrument, after which the next step can be performed.

Set the walking distance:

The linear abrasive meter has five kinds of walking distances, which needfte It can be adjusted manually when switching. A reference label on the inside cover shows the barrel length for the small hole in the drive crank.

Set the running mode:

The Linear Abraser has two modes: Run Mode and Surface Modification Mode. Press the \"MODE\" button to switch between the two modes. The first line of the LCD display shows the current mode.

Set the walking speed:

The panel of the linear wear instrument is set on \"Run Speed ​​​​​​Preset button\". Users can also manually change the running speed in the running program. The speed setting range is \"2-75\" cycles per minute. The Abraser stores the last setting as the current speed. This speed is the default speed of the instrument until specified by the operatorechanged. The current speed is shown on the display.

The operating instructions below apply in both Run mode and Surface Finishing mode. When performing the following setup operations, the instrument must be in the \"idle state\".

Preset Speed: There are 6 preset speed buttons on the instrument control panel. respectively 2, 15, 25, 30, 40 and 60 cycles per minute. Press the corresponding button to adjust the speed.

Manual Speed ​​Setting: The following steps allow the operator to set the running speed of the instrument to other values.

RUN mode (running mode): This is the normal test state.

1. Turn off the power.

2. Lock the rocker arm on it, see \"Using the lock\".

3. Open the lid.

4. Turn the screw on the crank counterclockwisein, do not remove the screw from the connecting rod.

5. Lift the screw and connecting rod off the crankshaft.

6. Then select the hole that corresponds to the desired distance from the handle, insert the screw into the hole and tighten.

7. Close the lid.

8. Turn on the power.
