Author:QINSUN Released in:2023-08 Click:100

The washing color fastness tester is a test equipment independently developed and produced by our company qisnun Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., with high cost performance and comprehensive after-sales service. The modified equipment is used to test the color change of colored fabrics after washing with a solution to detect the color fastness of fabrics to washing.

Test standard:

ISO105-C01-C05-1989 \"Tests for color fastness of textiles, color fastness to washing: Test 1-Test 5\"

EN20105C01-C05-1992 \"Tests for color fastness of textiles Color fastness to washing: Test 1-Test 5\"

DINEN20105C01-C05-1993 \"Tests for color fastness of textiles Color fastness to color washing: Test 1-Test 5\"

AATCC172-2002 Color fastness to household washing and anaerobic bleaching\"

GB/T3921.1-5-1997 \"Test of textile color fastnessColor fastness to washing: Test 1-Test 5

Principle of the test:

Color fastness to washing The degree of teThe first consists in fixing the textile sample with one or two specified sticky fabrics, putting it in the soapy solution, mechanically stirring it under the specified time and temperature conditions, then rinsing and drying it . Use the gray scale to assess sample discoloration and adjacent tissue staining. There are five test methods for color fastness to washing. The main difference is the different test temperature and time, and the others are basically the same.

Testing Experiment:

1. Put the combined sample in a specified airtight container and put the washing test solution in the container with a mass ratio of 50:1 to the combined sample;

2. Rotate the sealed containertick at a radius of 45 mm and at a speed of 40 r/min, and mechanically agitate at the specified temperature and time;

3 After the test, take out the sample and use Rinse twice third grade cold water, then rinse under cold running water for 10 minutes and wring out the water;

4. Unfold the combined sample so that the sample and liner are connected by a single suture and hang on a different surface. Dry in an environment above 60°C;

5. Use the gray sample card for color change to assess sample discoloration, and use the gray sample card for color change. staining to assess the staining of the adjacent sample. fabric.
