1. The leakage trace tester is a specialized testing instrument developed, designed, and manufactured in strict accordance with standards such as GB4207 and IEC60112,

3. The electrochemical tracing index test is conducted on the surface of solid insulation materials, applying a certain voltage between platinum electrodes of a specified size (2mm x 5mm) and dropping a specified volume of conductive liquid (0.1% NH 4 CL) at a fixed height (35mm) for 30 seconds to evaluate the leakage resistance performance of the surface of solid insulation materials under the combined action of an electric field and humid or polluted media.

1. During the operation of the leakage trace tester, personnel should pay attention to personal protection to avoid injury caused by leakage or contamination of the mouth and eyes by the solution.

3. When testing the sample, do not open the compartment door. After the test is completed or when the experiment fails and produces smoke, first turn on the fan to eliminate smoke, and then open the compartment door for operation
