The material to be tested is placed in the upper sample holder and rubbed against the abrasive installed on the grinding table. The friction trajectory is a Lissajous figure. 2. Experiment Method:
Martindale Abrasion Tester Parameter Requirements:
1. Load: 12KPa
2. Test Times: 20,000 times for fabric, 40,000 times for inner liner, Li Xinbu 25,000 times.

Test Procedure Martindale Abrasion Tester:
1. The sample is parked in the laboratory environment for more than 8 hours. 2. Cut a piece from the flat part of the sample sample. If it is an insole, it must be cut to the transfer printing area.
3. Remove the load and load shaft from the test machine.
4. Remove the top plate and test fixture. 5. Sample device: Loosen the fixing ring on the test fixture, take out the sample compact, put the sample into the test fixture base, and put a piece of sample between the sample and the test fixture base gasket, then put the sample gland on the sample seal and fix it with a fixing ring.
6. Wool felt and rubbing cloth device: loosen the fixing screw and fixing ring, place the wool felt on the base and spread out the rubbing cloth, press a 2.5 kg pressure plate in the center of the rubbing cloth, install Return the locking ring and turn the adjustingstick tight.
7. Replace the top plate, insert the load shaft (12KPa) through the round hole on the top plate. 8. Place the test fixture with the sample facing down on the base fixture, adjust the circular groove of the test fixture to align with the load axis, and insert the load axle into the circular groove of the test fixture. 9. Set the number of times according to the standard, start the switch and start the test.
10. After reaching the set number of times, it will automatically stop and remove the sample to determine the result.

Notes on the operation of the Martindale Abrasion Tester:
1. The rubbing cloth cannot be used repeatedly and a rubbing cloth must be replaced each time a test is completed.
2. Wool felt can be used repeatedly until the surface is worn or stained.
3. The insole must first be dressed and then subjected to the Martindale abrasion test.
