Installation Method:

A. Sander

Schhour machine and polishing wheel should be placed at a reasonable height and on a hard surface. They don\'t need to be clicked firmly into place either, their own weight and stiffness provide enough gravity pressure on the rubber feet underneath to keep them stable. The vacuum cleaner should be placed on the floor near the grinding and polishing wheels. If the transformer is used, it must be fixed to avoid accidental damage. It can be hung above the workplace. After the control device is placed, connect the positive terminal of the power cord of the wear-resistant testing machine to the 240V power supply. Connect the line from the vacuum equipment to the interface marked \"VACUUM\" on the back of the abrasion tester\'s outer cover.

B. Polishing Wheel

Note: Turn off the power of the abrasive tester before using it.

Make sure the rocker switch is in the \"OFF\" position before using the polishing disc.jf set. Connect the power cord to the negative interface marked \"REFACER\" on the main body of the wear resistance testing machine. Remove the sleeve of the vacuum hose from the housing of the abrasive tester and insert it into the opening on the underside of the polishing wheel. Press the power switch button and the separate vacuum cleaner button on the control panel of the abrasion resistance testing machine and turn the switch to the \"ON\" position. This completes the power settings for the vacuum cleaner and polishing wheel.

Grinding wheel installation

The grinding wheel of the equipment is divided into an elastic grinding wheel and a rigid grinding wheel, which are packed in a tight container in pairs. When the grinding wheel is not in use, please place it in an airtight container to prevent deterioration and damage. One of them is marked \"LeftHandThisSideOut\". The left hand takes it out this side and the other is marked \"LeftHandThisSideOut\". Theright hand takes it from this side. The purpose of this instruction is to ensure that the grinding wheel is unloaded into the container after use and that the mounting position remains consistent for the next use.

To install a grinding wheel, remove the knurled nut marked with the arrow on the nut from the grinding wheel shaft. The nut on the left side of the grinding head is a left-handed nut, remove it clockwise, and the nut on the right side of the grinding head is a right-handed nut, please remove it counterclockwise. Clean the grinding wheel shaft and flanges of any fine particles present to prevent deflection of the grinding wheel. Loosen the grinding wheel, slide it carefully onto the shaft and tighten it hand tight.

If you notice that there is a grinding wheel that vibrates after turning it lightly with your fingers, remove it, check and clean the small foreign objects attached to the shaft, and installthere again. If the elastic grinding wheel vibrates slightly after mounting, you can press it firmly onto the positioning guide with your fingers. When you rotate the grinding wheel with your fingers and find deviations such as radial eccentricity in the bearing, you must use a 200 type polishing wheel to re-polish.

Loading the grinding wheel

The gravity specification of the grinding wheel on the sample is usually specified in the standard specification. If not, please measure the weight yourself. Usually there are three kinds of standards. Standard range is available, 250g, 500g or 1000g. If you must work in an environment with less than 250 grams of gravity, use a balancing lever and a grinding wheel weight). When it works under the gravity environment of 250 grams, it is not necessary to add any weight except the grinding arm and grinding wheel. This weight is stamped on the wheel mounting kit box. If it is necessary to operate under a gravity environmentof 500 grams, slide the weight slide marked 500 grams over the protruding top of the grinding wheel bearing set. The weight listed indicates the combined weight of the weight and arm. If it is necessary to work in a 1000 gram gravity environment, slide the weight slide marked 1000 gram towards the grindstone bearing group.
