Installing the grinding wheel:

The purpose of this instruction is to ensure that the grinding wheel is unloaded into the container after use and the mounting position for the next use is consistent.

To install a grinding wheel, please remove the knurled nut marked with an arrow on the wheel arbor nut. The nut on the sideleft of the grinding head is a nut on the left, please remove clockwise, and the nut on the right side of the grinding head is a nut on the right, please remove it counterclockwise. Clean the fine particles that may exist in the shaft and the flange of the grinding wheel to prevent the deflection of the grinding wheel. Unscrew, gently slide the grinding wheel onto the spindle and tighten correctly by hand.

If you find there is a grinding wheel shaking after turning it with your fingers, please remove it, check and clean the small foreign objects attached to the shaft and the reinstall. If the elastic wheel shakes slightly after installation, you can press it properly on the positioning guide rail with your fingers.

When you turn the grinding wheel with your fingers and find abnormalities such as bearing radial eccentricity, you should usea type 200 polishing wheel for repolishing.
