Shoe bending testing machine tests bending angle

The shoe bending testing machine is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company Qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It offers high cost performance and comprehensive after-sales service. It is used to test the overall flexural strength of shoes under dry and humid environmental conditions. The sample is installed on the testing machine, and the forefoot flexion pushed at a certain angle and frequency is tested to simulate the walking state of the human foot wearing shoes to determine the resistance to fatigue and the lifespan of the shoes.

Main parameters:

1. Folding angle: 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°

2. Test speed: 100±5 C.P.M

Operation steps:

1) Observe the sample and wipe it with a gaze soaked in alcohol if there is debris.

2) The sample is equipped with a folding experimental form of appropriate specifications, and the last size should be 5mm smaller than the shoe size.

　3) The sample is clamped in the bracket, and the bending part of the metatarsal toe on the single surface coincides with the axis of the axis of movement of the bracket (if a cut is done, the cut part should be on this axis).

4) Adjust the eccentricity of the testing machine so that the deviation angle reaches the specified angle under the experimental conditions.

5) The testing machine is in the minimum bending angle state. Observe the position of the heel of the shoe so that the sample is in a natural state without being bent in any direction. Otherwise, adjust the tilt angle of the bracket so that it is in its natural state, adjust the angle of curvature.

6) Place the testing machineIn the state of flexion angle, cut a 5mm long incision in the central part of the metatarsal toe flexion part of the sole surface, and cut the sole through.

7) Clear the test machine counter, set the number of bends, the bending frequency reaches the specified value, start the fan, then turn on the host.

8) Observe the clamping state of the sample. If there is play or the folding position changes, stop the machine in time and make adjustments.

9) After the testing machine has stopped a predefined number of times, use a caliper to visually measure and test the changes in the sample.
