The hook and loop fatigue testing machine simulates its actual use process through a number of clutch and hook surfaces, measures its shear strength and peel strength, and considers its durability. Test principle:

The hook and loop strip (Velcro strip) is repeatedly peeled off and attached on the test. machine After repeating this action a certain number of times, the test piece is rolled by the weight of the roller itself to make it uniform, and the adhesion strength (AS) and adhesion strength (PA) are measured with a tensile testing machine.

Operation steps:

1. Cut 2 sets of samples with a length of (540 ± 10) mm and a width not exceeding the length of the notch from a pair of hook-and-loop straps. Each set of specimens contains one hook section. Noodles and 1 piece of dough.

2. Mark 4 areas with a length of (100 ± 5) mm on each hook and loop strip, and mark “1” on one end of each area and “1” on the other end . \"2\".

3. Take any group of samples, wrap the marked loop tape around the small roller, with the rough side facing the roller, wrap the hook tape autor the large roller and adjust the surface of the hook. With your back to the roller, make the sample parallel and consistent with the roller. Make sure the sample can be glued to the full effective width after rotating the roller.

4. Adjust the meter, run the test device, and remove the sample after squeezing it 1,000 or 3,000 times.

5. Cut the sample into 4 sections along the marked line, measure the shear strength of the 4 groups of samples, and take the arithmetic average of the 4 groups of measurement results to determine whether the Vise hook and loop fastener is tightened 1,000 times or resists shearing after 3,000 cycles.

6. Take the second group of samples and perform another test.

7. Cut the sample into 4 sections along the marked line, measure the peel strength of the 4 groups of samples, and take the arithmetic average of the four groups of measurement resultsfor the pair of hook-and-loop fasteners to be tightened 1,000 times or 3,000 times. . Final peel strength.
