Seat static load test bench

"Seat static load" (hereinafter referred to as "test bench") is mainly used to test and evaluate the comfort of seats and various static loading tests of seats, mainly in accordance with the standard QC/T740-2005.

Instrument structure

It mainly consists of a host frame, a bottom platform (with longitudinal and transverse T-grooves), ball screws, high-precision load sensors, displacement sensors, X and Y direction stroke adjustment motors, Panasonic servo motors and reducers, force direction adjustment devices, etc. (see Figure 1, the X and Y directions shown in the figure are manually adjusted).

Product features

The full range of load is not divided into different levels.

The experimental data is stored in a database. After the experiment, the experimental data can be analyzed, such as curve stacking, automatic scaling, and display of data points.

The curves from two tests are superimposed on the same coordinate.

The loading angle can be adjusted.

The software interface adopts virtual instrument technology in the Windows environment, and the test curve is displayed using a simulated oscilloscope.

Print data results and convert them into Excel format for comprehensive analysis of various experimental data.

The load and displacement calibration method is simple and easy to operate.

Analysis software can be installed on multiple computers to analyze test data and write reports.

The measurement and control system adopts a template design, which is easy to maintain.

control system

The measurement control system adopts a bus templated design. Implement standardized and standardized design of functional units for each template; High measurement accuracy, flexible configuration, strong interchangeability, and easy after-sales service.

The servo control adopts digital PID servo control technology, which has two closed-loop control methods: displacement and load. The two control methods can be switched without disturbance.

The control system consists of standard computers (including displays and printers), industrial control cases, main control templates, load amplification templates, D/A conversion templates, displacement counting templates, A/D conversion templates, I/O templates, etc.
