Working principle and main structure

1. The motor causes the brush to make a linear movement through the mechanical transmission mechanism to complete the test board washing process. The functions of setting, displaying and testing wash times are realized by the control circuit.

2. The instrument is mainly composed of motor, transmission structure, brush parts, water supply system, test plate pressing device and circuit control system.

Instructions for use:

1. Soak the brush in advance for 30 minutes in water at 20°C and the soaking depth is 12 mm Then take out the brush and press it dry, then soak it in a 0.5% soap solution for 10 minutes.

2. Place the test plate in the work tray and attach it with the presser feet of the test plate at both ends ⑥.

3. When the machine is turned off, lift thebrush to connect the handle ⑤ to replace the brush body ③ and turn it on to use.

4. Turn on the power, the counter will display 0 or 1, press the preset button to reach the desired number of times, then press the clear button, the machine is in a waiting state

5. Put 0.5% soap liquid into the water storage tank, open the mouth valve and pour soap liquid into the test plate. Once the work is done, press the start switch, the brush will start moving, the counter will count automatically and the washing process will continue. Continuously inject soap solution to keep the test panel moist

6. Check for wear on the middle 10 cm of the test panel. If you want to stop, press the stop switch to stop the washing.

7. When the test piece is not exposed, the counter has reached the predetermined value and want to to continue the test when you stop, simply press the counter reset switch to reset thecounter to return to zero (otherwise it cannot be started), and then press the start switch, the counter starts counting again and the experimental results are collected.

8. When used to inspect the product, it is necessary to set the preset value to the qualified value, start the machine and stop it automatically after the predetermined value, and to check whether the test plate is exposed, to judge whether the product is qualified.

Instrument maintenance:

1. After using the instrument for half a year, check the lubrication of the gearbox. Loosen the two M5 screws in the center of the brush holder, remove the brush holder, loosen the four corner screws of the top cover and turn it counterclockwise to change the oil in the gearbox.

2. Inject high viscosity engine oil into the grommet hole of hthe sliding frame of the instrument.
