Operation steps:

By varying the load on the cutting tool, you can gauge the shear or scratch resistance of the material.

Additionally, the weigh beam can also be lifted and suspended in the air to facilitate sample removal by the operator. By changing the position of the sliding weight, the total load on the sample can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 1000 g. Cutting tools can choose to use tungsten carbide drills or taper drills.

3. The test results can be judged visually bythe 10x magnifying glass equipped with the machine, and the user can also use a high-precision optical microscope to observe.
