Operating system

DHC temperature controller, digital display PID automatic calculation, SSR output, using highly stable platinum temperature measurement probe. Make sure that the temperature error during the salt spray test is ±1°C. The pressure vessel adopts Henry\'s law, heated and humidified, and the laboratory humidity reaches more than 95%, which meets the national standard.

Timing System

A high precision multi-function timer is applied and the test time can be set from 0.001 s to 999.9 h. The time required for product completion to avoid experiment redo after power failure.

Water Replenishment System

Heating method

Control Method

Standard Five Button Control [Control with five buttons: an on/off switch, a control switch, a spray switch, a timing switch and a defog switch]. Equipped with full fault detection and early warning system, the light can be turned on when a fault occurs. The built-in manual defogging function can remove the salty fog accumulated during the experiment, and it is convenient to check the products to be tested.

Security Protection

1. Double overheating protection, when the temperature gauge fails or the heating system fails, the heating power can be turned off automatically. Avoid damage to the instrument due to excessive temperatures.
