1. Flow regulation failure

The flow regulation failure phenomenon refers to the fact that the flow rate of the oil outlet cavity does not change after adjusting the flywheel, and that there is no such phenomenon in the simple throttle valve. The main cause of flow adjustment failure is that the valve core is radially blocked. When the valve core is radially stuck in the fully closed position, there is no flow into the oil outlet chamber after adjusting the handwheel; the valve core is in the fully open position or the throttle port After adjusting the opening, it is radially blocked, and the flow rate of the adjusting handwheel oil outlet chamber does not change. Once the valve core is radially blocked, it must be cleaned to remove dirt.

When the inlet and outlet chambers of the one-way throttle valve are connected in reverse, the connection will act as ae one-way valve and the flow through the valve will not change after adjusting the handwheel.

When the throttle valve and the one-way throttle valve are adjusted and locked, the flow will sometimes be unstable, especially in small More likely to occur with a constant flow. The main causes of flow instability are loosening of the locking device, partial blockage of the orifice, rise in oil temperature and changes in load pressure.

After the orifice is adjusted and locked, the locking device will be loosened due to mechanical vibration or other reasons, which will change the flow area of ​​the orifice, resulting in changes in debit.

Impurities in the oil collect and adhere to the side of the throttle, reducing the flow area and causing reduced flow. When the oil soThe pressure removes impurities, the orifice returns to the original flow area, and the flow also returns to the original value, causing flow instability.

When the temperature of the oil flowing through the throttle valve changes, the viscosity of the oil will change, which will also make the flow unstable; when the load changes, the pressure will change accordingly, causing throttling. Changes in the oil pressure difference between the front and back of the valve will also cause flow instability.

Measures to prevent unstable flow, in addition to the method to prevent the throttle valve from sticking, can also be adopted to strengthen the oil temperature control, tighten the locking device and make the load pressure not change as much as possible, or less change and other measures.

3. Internal leakage increasesnt

When the throttle port or one-way flow valve throttle port is closed, there must be a leak at the gap joint fit, so that throttle or one-way throttle valves cannot be used as shut-off valves. When the sealing surface wears too much, the leakage will increase and sometimes the low and stable flow will be affected. At this time, the valve core should be replaced.
