Principle of the test:

1. Pressurization method: Hydrostatic pressure on the fabric is used to represent the resistance encountered bywater passing through the fabric. Under standard atmospheric conditions, one side of the sample bears a continuous increase in water pressure until water seepage occurs at three locations and record the pressure at this time.

2. Sustained Pressure Timing Method: Under specified conditions, one side of the coated fabric sample to be tested is subjected to continuously increasing water pressure until the specified water pressure value is reached. Within the allotted time, observe for water penetration or continue to pressurize until water penetration occurs.

2. Test pressure: 0-5000mbar (5000cmW.G);

3. Test area: 100cm2 (optional 10cm2, 19.63cm2, 26cm2, 28cm2);

4. Compressed air requirement: 6-8 bar (clean and dry air);
