Printing Ink Resistance Grind Test is mainly used for testing the wear resistance of the printing ink layer of printed matter, the wear resistance of the photosensitive layer of the PS plate and the wear resistance of the surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze problems such as rubbing resistance of printing, loss of ink layer, printing durability of PS plate and poor coating hardness of other products.
Working principle
The sample to wear layer and the friction paper rub against each other at a certain speed under the action of the load friction body, and the ink before and after the friction is being measured. The change of layer density or layer thickness is used to assess the abrasion resistance of ink layer or coating.
