2. The test water of the hydrostatic pressure resistance tester should be distilled water and replaced frequently.

3. When the hydrostatic pressure resistance tester is operated by pressing the [Start] button, in addition to stopping the test, the [Stop] button cannot be pressed during the test, otherwise the test must be restarted.

4. During the test, in order to eliminate the air present in the test hole, the water is in direct contact with the fabric. Before testing, fill the test hole with water (close the drain valve, press the [Start] button and when the test hole is filled with water, press the [Stop] button, press the [Reset] button) then put the samplellon of fabric in the test.

5. The standard emphasizes that the results obtained at different reference rates may be different, therefore the selected rate must be indicated on the test report. It is recommended to use the speed setting of 10 cmH2O when the water pressure resistance of the fabric sample is low, and the speed setting of 60 cmH2O when the water pressure resistance is high. If you do not know the water pressure resistance of the fabric sample, you can first use the speed setting of 100 cmH2O for a preliminary test. After understanding the water pressure resistance value of the fabric sample, use the standard rate. perform tests.

6. If the hydrostatic pressure resistance tester is not used for a long time, the water in the water tank should be drained and a metal object (such as a screwdriver) should beBe used to short circuit the water level electrode and the water tank shell. . And turn on the instrument and let the pressure work for 10 seconds to remove the water.

7. When the operation key pressed is valid, you will hear a “beep” response. Otherwise, the buttons are invalid (when the operation sequence is not respected)

8. When the water level is lower than the electrode level: the buzzer will emit a long beep until water is added. until a sufficient water level is reached. At the moment, not all keys are valid. (Protect the electromagnetic pump)

9. When the water pressure reaches the maximum value: the buzzer sounds \"beep...beep...\" and stops after a few seconds. . At this time, the hydrostatic pressure resistance tester is in the [Stop] state.

10. During the test, if you hear a rapid “beep...beep...” sound.» coming from the buzzer, the testing process will be automatically completed. This means that there is not enough water and too much automatic peeling causes the sensor to exceed the range (protect the sensor)
