Test principle:

According to the methods specified and experiment parameters, use a nylon brush or abrasive alone, or scrub only with the abrasive in a controlled humidity state to cause friction and pilling of the fabric. Then, under the specified lighting conditions, take a photo of the sample after pilling to evaluate the degree of pilling. .

Fuzzing test:

1. Take the sample and fix it correctlyment and firmly into the sample chuck. Set the number of frictions for the counter according to GB/T4802.1-97.

2. Select the sample weight according to the regulations. If you need to increase the weight, tighten the required weight onto the chuck arbor.

3. Position the sample mandrel so that the sample is in flat contact with the brush.

4. Press the “RUN” button, the instrument can rotate according to the set number of times, and the instrument will automatically stop when the set number is reached.

Pilling test:

1. Set the number of counters according to GB4802.1-97 regulations.

2. Take the sample and fix it properly and firmly in the sample chuck.

3. Lower the sample mandrel so that the sample is in contact with the abrasive plane.

4. Press the “RUN” key to make the instrument do pilling work.

5. After automatic shutdown, raise the sample chuck and remove the ground sample for evaluation.
