G286 medical mask synthetic blood penetration tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company, qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. It is used to measure the resistance of daily protective masks such as medical surgical masks. , disposable masks and civilian masks with splashes of synthetic blood. Penetration performance evaluates the resistance of the mask to the penetration of synthetic blood.

Main parameters:


 1. Injection distance: 300mm ~ 305mm adjustable;


 2. Nozzle diameter: 0.84 mm;


 3. Injection speed: 450 cm/ s, 550 cm/s, 635 cm/s;


 4. Injection pressure: 10.6 kPa (80 mmHg), 16 kPa (120 mmHg), 21 .3 kPa (160 mmHg).

Steps of the operation:

First: prepare the accessories and test samples;

Fix the mask on the clamp that protrudes;


Start the switch;

Set the timer time;

Adjust the air pressure;


 Adjust the height of the injection nozzle;


 Start launching;


The liquid will flow out at a certain pressure and the distance is sprayed in the horizontal direction towards one side of the tested mask (only the steps of foperation are shown here, during the test itself, blood is used for the test);


After the instrument test is completed, remove the sample and check whether there is synthetic blood penetrating on the inner side to evaluate the anti-blood penetration performance of the mask.
