Operation steps:

1. First: prepare the accessories and the test samples;

2. Open the door of the impact test chamber, put the test samples into the device and secure them;

3. Position the Tilt fixture over the ladder,lock and lock the door of the shock box;

4. Put the prepared gravel into the stainless steel funnel;

5. Turn on the power switch, enter the LCD screen operation interface;

6. Set the impact time and impact pressure, open the funnel valve;

7. The flow of high-velocity air at the bottom of the magazine forms a vacuum, the gravel is drawn into the gun assembly;

8. The air jet is projected onto the test sample into the box, and after reaching the test target, the gravel falls into the gravel collection box;

9. When the test is completed, open the door of the test chamber, take out the sample, analyze the damage degree of the sample and judge the quality of its stone impact resistance;

10. After the test is completed, turn off the instrument;

11. At the end of the instrument test, remove the sample and judgethe quality of its anti-impact performance by analyzing the degree of damage of the sample based on the remaining stone impact marks on the sample plate.
