The T115 automobile interior material melting tester performs 30 kW/m2 thermal radiation on the sample through a top radiant heat source, thereby triggering the release of gas, burning the sample to produce melted droplets and testing the melting and dripping of thermal radiation. automotive interior materials. Operation steps:

1. First: prepare the accessories and test samples;

2. Turn on the power switch of the instrument and turn on the safety doorrity of the instrument;

3. Place the cotton under the support and place the height block on the rack;

4. Press the [Up] button and [Down] buttons on the panel. Make the distance between the sample on the rack and the radiation surface 30mm;

5. Place the sample on top of the holder;

6. Press the [Light] button on the panel to turn on the lighting;

7. Move the electric heater to a location where the sample cannot be radiated;

8. Then press the [Heating] button;

9. At the same time, adjust the power by turning the knob;

10. When the temperature reaches a certain level, the radiant lamp is heated to the set temperature;

11. Return the electric heater to the sample position;

12. Press the [Reset] and [Heating] buttons to start automatic synchronization;

13. If the materialmelts and deforms, keep the height of the electric heater at 30mm;

14. If the material begins to burn, push the electric heater aside for three seconds;

15. Wait for the flame to go out, then return it to its original location;

16. Repeat the same operation, and finally see if the droplets burn as they fall, or if the cotton catches fire;

17. At the end of the test, turn off the instrument and remove the sample for analysis and comparison;

18. Evaluate the melting performance of the material based on the irradiation of the sample with the specified radiant heat source and the melting state of the sample.
