Operation steps:

1. First: prepare the accessories and test samples;

2. Put the weights on all five. An independent shaft is installed on the support;

3. Install the scraping finger at the bottom of the shaft and fix the test sample on the detection platform;

4. Start the detection instrument;

5. Adjust the chartest age, stroke, movement speed and other parameters on the LCD screen;

6. Guide rail, scratch the test sample back and forth with your finger;

7. When the timer is over, the guide rail stops rolling and the horizontal axis bracket is lifted;

8. Loosen the sample pressure block and remove the test sample;

9. The instrument test is completed, take samples for analysis and comparison to evaluate the material\'s resistance to scratches, scratches, planing and other scratches.
