Operation steps:

1. First: place the accessories and the test sample is ready;

2. Put the test sample into the clamp, tighten and fix;

3. Install the scraping head at the bottom of the tguide rod, tighten and secure;

4. Install the weight on top of the guide rod and tighten it;

5. Turn on the switch and enter the LCD operation interface;

6. Set the speed and number of grids, spacing, stroke and other parameters;

7. The guide rail transmission, the scraping head and the material surface perform scraping movement;

8. When the set value is reached, the second window will automatically appear in the Stage dialog box;

9. Remove the screws on both sides and rotate the test fixture 90 degrees horizontally;

10. Re-adjust the speed, number of grids, spacing, stroke and other parameters, and scratch. The scraping head and the material surface make a scraping motion;

11. Automatically stop when the set value is reached and remove the sample toobservation ;

12. Close the instrument and the test ends;

13. After the instrument test is completed, take out the sample for analysis and comparison to evaluate the sensory level of the scratch after scraping, the color difference changes between the scratched area andthe unscratched area or surface coating of the sample after scraping.
