Operation Steps of JIS G238D Friction Color Fastness Tester

G238D JIS rubbing color fastness tester is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company, qisnun Precision Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for the evaluation and determination of the color fastness to rubbing of dyed fiber textile products. , and complies with Japanese JIS series standards.

Test principle:

Use a dry or damp white cotton cloth to attach the surface of the friction head of the machine. According to the prescribed method, rub the sample and the white cotton friction cloth to compare the gray color. Standard, compare the degree of staining of the white cotton fabric used for rubbing with the gray stain evaluation sample card to evaluate the degree of rubbing fastness of the dye.

Operation steps:

First: prepare the accessories and test the samples;

Install the sample on the test bench;

Install the white cotton cloth on the friction head;

Lift the connecting rod which is not tested at the moment;

Start the instrument and set the number of operating cycles;

Repeatedly rub the sample against the white cotton cloth;

When the set number of revolutions is reached, the transmission will stop automatically;

Remove the white cotton cloth and sample;

Close the instrument and complete the test;

After the instrument test is completed, the sample is removed for analysis and comparison to evaluate the color fastness of the sample after the friction test.
