Operation steps:

First: prepare accessories and test samples;

Load the heat-resistant test material \'wear in a sample;

Tighten it and repair it;

Put the test sample into the fixture and fix it;

Place the sample inside. Install the pliers onto the platform wrench;

Tighten the pliers;

Install the forceps on the operating table, install the chuck and weight;

Start the instrument and enter the LCD screen control interface;

Set parameters such as the number of rotation revolutions and speed;

Start the rotation;

Repeated reverse friction between the sample and the abrasive;

When the set number of revolutions is reached, the rotation stops automatically;

Remove the weight and chuck, and remove the collet;

Rotate the collet in the opposite direction. Unscrew;

Disassemble the clamp and remove the sample, and the test is completed;

After the instrument test is completed, remove the sample and compare it with the standard image to evaluate the degree of pilling or evaluate based on the number of worn circles. Its resistance to wear.
