G282 universal wear-resistant instrument is a test equipment independently developed and produced by our company, qisnun Precision Mechanical and Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. The sample tested may be in a dry state or in a dry state. Immersed in water, oil or other liquids, can be used on woven fabrics, knits, coated fabrics, fleece fabrics, socks, felts, non-wovens, deep fabrics, wires, cords, plastic films, rubber, leather, paper and many other materials.

 Operation steps:


First: prepare the accessories and test the samples;


Use a loading wrench to tighten the fixture disassemble;

Mount the tympanum and sample on the fixture;

Tightenez and secure the fixture;

Attach the abrasive to the upper bracket;

Install the weight;

Open the instrument, enter the operation interface;

Set the number of revolutions and adjust the air pressure value;

The sample expands as the air pressure increases. , up to a certain height;

Lower the upper clamp, put the abrasive in contact with the sample;

Press the start button;

The abrasive and the sample are constantly in frictional motion;


The sample is worn out and stops automatically;


Turn off the instrument and complete the test. After the instrument test is completed, remove the sample to be tested. Analyze and compare to evaluate the surface wear resistance of materials.
