It is used for rolling, rubbing and pilling of sparse wool carded fabrics and other fabrics prone to pilling. Test to assess its level of pilling and resistance to snags without pressure.

Operation steps:

First: The accessories and test samples are ready;

Fix the test sample in the PU solid sample tube;

Put the solid sample tube containing the sample into Put it into the test box;

Turn on the power switch of the instrument and enter the operation interface;

Set parameters such as operating speed and number of revolutions;

Press the [Start] button, and the test box will rotate at a certain speed;

When the set number of revolutions is reached, it will automatically stop;

Open the test box lid and remove the sample;

When the test is finished, turn off the instrument;

When the instrument test is completed, remove the sample for analysis and comparison, to evaluate theanti-pilling performance and material surface clinging.
